My purpose with this radio
show is that when we are
weighted down with "trials"
in life, crossing a bridge
appears scary. With a strong
foundation and a balanced
load, you can move forward
crossing the bridge and
moving into a new
adventure.

To often we forget the
reason we are here, we are
so busy with life that we
forget to just stop and
breath. My goal is simple, so
that no one feels they are
facing life alone. I have
guests who have over come
illnesses, addictions, as well
as, people who can connect
and make a difference in this
and others areas of people's
lives. Sharing our stories,
experiences and triumphs
help people find balance
within their body, mind, and
spirit.

With the rate of disease,
illnesses, and addictions
growing rapidly we need to
step back and look at the
whole picture. I teach
people to look within
themselves and see what we
are doing, and that they
already hold the key inside,
they just needed guidance
to know how to open the
door. I fully believe that to
heal the body you must first
heal the mind. I have proven
with my own success that
the mind is a powerful tool.
